I love Ling's! I have patronized Ling's for 8 years! I have no problem with any of their food except this dirty shrimp! I almost gagged myself after having to look at it. No one wants to eat shrimp poop!
This place has a great selection of food. I've been here a few times, and I highly recommend going right when they open. Everything looks fresh and tastes delicious. However, after lunchtime, the food tends to dry out a bit, and the area can get a little messy.
The food is always good usually at safe temps, the service is great , we love the waitstaff, always very attentive and courteous, it's a good family atmosphere and the staff works hard to keep it clean! We live very close so if it's Chinese Buffett Lings is our go to!
